On average a grooming session can take upto 2 hours and by appointment, although cancellations maybe come available for a drop in customer. My office does have a comfortable waiting area, but if you decided to drop off your dog I will ring you to let you know when your pet is nearly finished.

 

Its important for your dog to feel comfortable during their grooming session, we take all precautions not to cause stress to your pet, its important to state that we DO NOT give your pet any calming aids of any kind.

 

Its always best advised to regularly touch your dogs paws, mouth and ears so the pet is accustom to being touched in these areas when being cut.

If during the grooming session we find that excessive matting in the fur is causing to much distress to your pet, although we do our best to groom and blade the matted knots, it is sometimes kinder to your pet to shave all over. Rest assured I will make contact if the treatment needs to vary from what was agreed.
